Located on the right side of the Eixample neighborhood, this apartment is modern and full of light. Enjoy feeling at home in this fully equipped apartment ideal for families or business travelers.

**TOURIST TAX & PASSPORT REGISTRATION**
Hosts with legal tourist establishments (HUB) are responsible for collecting tourist taxes from everyone over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 days of stay, as well as collecting passport data from all guests.
For apartments in Barcelona, starting October 1, 2024, the rate is €6.25 per person, per night .
The national and international police require that each guest, before their visit to Barcelona, register the information on their identity documents or passports. This is mandatory, as established in Catalan legislation.
You will need to register your passports and pay the city taxes online at least 48 hours before arrival. You will receive an email after your confirmation takes place with a secure link where you will be able to complete this process.
