The Riverview Condominiums are six blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and about two blocks from a free skier shuttle stop (across a pedestrian bridge). This spacious condo is light and bright, with a large, open living area and dining room with seating for six. The living room is centered on a wood-burning fireplace, and the south-facing deck looks out to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and also features a washer/dryer. The bedrooms include a large primary bedroom that looks out to the pool and two guest rooms with river views.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
