Tourist Accommodation IT027042B4JD852E3R Inside a historic palace, this fascinating apartment will enchant you with its atmosphere; just open the windows to admire the canal and enjoy a splendid view of Campo San Giovanni e Paolo with the imposing Basilica, Scuola Grande San Marco and the equestrian statue of Bartolomeo Colleoni. Recently renovated, with exposed wooden beams and valuable furnishings, the accommodation features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two double bedrooms and two shower bathrooms. The apartment is located 10 minutes walking from the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop from which Piazzale Roma and the Railway can be reached and 6 minutes from the Ospedale and Fondamente Nove vaporetto stops, from which the islands of Murano, Burano, the Lido and Marco Polo Airport can be reached. St. Mark’s Square can be reached in 12 minutes on foot and the Rialto Bridge in 9 minutes. Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee for damages. The published price includes the commissions which are the responsibility of the guest.
