Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • House Rules:
  • • No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.
  • • No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected
  • • We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident
  • • Please remove shoes
  • • Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).
  • • Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
  • • If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
  • • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
  • • Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
  • • No under age drinking of any kind. If seen you will be sent home. 21 is the legal age.
  • • Deck furniture cushions: please take off chairs and couch and bring inside when done using deck for the night due to heavy winds and stack table chairs
  • • Deck Rules : No loud music or Parties after 10PM. Please close up Deck at 10pm , keep things calm due to respect for the neighbors.
  • • No BBQ on deck : it is a city Law that only the owner of property can have a grill on There deck . This rule is for your own safety.
  • • Don't put anything on top of the washer and dryer that can stain the counter
  • • Living room and downstairs master bedroom have TV-s with Comcast internet box which gives you lots of options for channels.
  • • Central air unit is set to 72 degrees , do not adjust temperature unless really needed. Keep windows closed when running the central air or central heat.
  • • Please put used towels in Landry room before checking out add laundry detergent and turn it on. Note* do not stuff the washer, fill it to its capacity , leave the rest of the laundry on the floor in front of it. Put used dishes in the dishwasher and put dishwasher pod in and turn it on before your check out.
  • • Please be responsible for the TV controllers and the controller for the living room fan and leave them where you found them. We charge $50 for each missing controller.
  • • We have 2 Security Cameras set up in the front and the back of the house. If you need to reach us in an emergency you can ring the front camera.
  • • The iron, iron board, mop and the broom are located in the closet next to the washer and dryer , and the vacuum is located in the upstairs hallway closet . There is extra bedding in the closet with the 2 single beds.
  • • Use a cutting board on the granite countertops when cooking and meal prepping so the colors of the food do not transfer to the granite countertops . And be careful not to scratch the sink .
  • • No swimming in the Bay after 5pm . And if you do swim , swim during high tides. If you want to swim , you can swim between 8 am and 5pm. Keep in mind , you are swimming at your own risk.
  • • Parking on the driveway
  • • Trash cans are on the side of the driveway.
