Grand Park Neighborhood located on the boarder between Winter Park and Fraser. Great central location easy access to slopes with Shuttle stop just 3 min walk, Vicious Cycle brewery is 5 min walk. Jump in the car and check out the Fraser tubing hill or downtown restaurants and shops less then 5 minutes away.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Check in time is 4PM and check out time is 10AM. Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM this is not a party location as it is a family friendly neighborhood.
