The Big Chill provides a multitude of choices to revitalise and revitalise those who lead active lives. Riding one of the available bikes, take in the verdant scenery while enjoying the cool mountain air on your face. With the availability of fitness equipment, you can stay in shape and energised while visiting, ensuring that your quest towards wellness never ends. The immaculate lawn of The Big Chill is a multipurpose sanctuary. Enjoy day picnics in the sun and make treasured moments with the people you care about. The same area turns into a fun playground where your animal companions are free to run about and explore. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset with a beverage in hand, sitting on the large front porch or the terrace up top. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This master bedroom on the first floor comes with a balcony which offers a view of the enchanting forest and hill. This bedroom is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe, workstation and a single mattress for extra accommodation. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This master bedroom on the first floor comes with a balcony which offers a view of the enchanting forest and hill. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM This enormous living room on the ground floor is adorned with a flat-screen TV, Music system and WiFi connectivity. There are seating accommodations available for up to 5 people. People can access the common washroom for convenience as they spend time in this area. DINING AREA The dining area is situated beside the living room and has seating available for 6 people. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. LAWN This well maintained and trimmed lawn spreads across 70-80 ft and is perfect to enjoy a stroll or a game of fetch with your pets This lawn is equipped with stone benches that can seat up to 5 people. ADD-ON SERVICES - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per hour. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. - This is a pet-friendly and wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the 165 aH battery inverter can support all the appliances for a couple of hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Cooking non-vegetarian food in the villa is not allowed., however consumption is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
