Villa Pontina is located in Sezze Romano, in the province Latina in Lazio and offers a unique blend of multiple worlds. Its convenient location, with its extreme proximity to the eternal city of Rome, both by train and by car, makes it truly unique. It is also within a short drive of the most famous beaches in the area or an outing to the beautiful surroundings steeped in history and culture.
The entire villa has been renovated and restored from top to bottom and features a total of 4 bedrooms, two on each of the upper floors and one bathroom per floor. In addition, there are two memory foam beds available for extra guests, increasing the number of sleeping places to 10.
The terrace beyond the French doors of the living room offers a dining area with views of the large pool and the village Sezze along with the coastline in the distance.
Suitable as a base to travel further south to visit the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento and the islands, Villa Pontina is nestled in an unspoilt green countryside.
