This spacious one bedrm apartment is all about the views and wrap-around deck. Positioned on the corner this apartment captures the sun from morning to dusk. Either sit inside and enjoy the view or position yourself in a prime spot on the large deck. Sit back and relax.
Upon entry you have the bathroom laundry combo to your right and the good sized bedroom to your left. Walk a few steps and you enter the spacious open plan kitchen ,dining and lounge. Kitchen to your right has everything except a full oven. There is though, an airfryer mini oven for your use. You can’t not be drawn to the floor to ceiling windows which bring in the sun and views. The outside draws you inwards the wrap around deck with not only the expansive views but also the intermit seating area. A unique stand up planter frame / fence ensures your privacy and haven against any wind. You can’t but enjoy this apartment.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
