Located on Princes Wharf, shed 22, you have great views of the Harbour Bridge and Viaduct. When you first walk in the bathroom (with laundry) is to your left and bedroom to your right. The short corridor then leads you to the large open plan kitchen dining and lounge area. Beautifully renovated and furnished to maximise the light and to give you a clean and relaxing feel. Full length and height windows allow you to soak in the harbour views. Enjoy a beverage and meals out on the balcony while enjoying the sights and movements of the harbour.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
