The area is a private gated community with Restaurants, bars, and cafes. Transportation on the island is predominantly golf cart. Guests can easily rent a cart while also have canal access and boat slip. The airport or water taxis service is only 10 minutes away. Free parking is available on the property. Guests do not have access to the OTA’s Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. There are some ongoing developments within the Mahogany Bay community and due to this, we have adjusted the accommodation rates. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times.
