The villa combines five main living spaces; the great room, upper-level bedroom wing, lower-level apartment, heated swimming pool and exterior dining/lounging spaces, and a gym. The spacious great room is a comfortable living and entertaining area well suited to large families or groups of friends. The room combines a lounge area with Smart TV, Dish TV, Netflix, and a sound system plus a sleek, modern kitchen and dining area. Large unfettered windows visually frame the magnificent view.
Outside the great room are spacious exterior areas for relaxing, dining al fresco, and swimming. Inspired by the view’s shades of blue, the stunning custom pool features a gentle sloping descent; great for children and folks with mobility issues. Surrounding the pool are plentiful spaces to lounge, relax and enjoy the view and sun.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
