On the terrace you will find a private chlorine pool measuring 8.3x4m and with a depth of between 0.40 and 1.95m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Next to it, there are sun loungers for sunbathing, parasols and a barbecue area where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your family and friends. In addition, near the terrace there is a room with a fridge (no freezer) where you can store cool drinks. The property is gated and privacy is total.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
