This apartment is located in the older part of Downtown Reykjavik. It is very close to museums, such as the Saga museum and the Northern Lights Centre, and lower priced grocery stores. In 5-10 min walking distance you'll find bakeries, bars and restaurants, such as the Grandi Food hall, an asian tapas place and an Italian restaurant. Downtown Reykjavik, where you'll find the main shopping street and endless variety of restaurants, bars and activities, is in 10-20 min walking distance and you'll find a public swimming pool in 15 min. walking distance. Visiting the swimming pools is a great part of the Icelandic culture and Vesturbæjarlaug includes: outdoor geothermal swimming pools, a steam room, sauna & hot tubs. The apartment is located nearby the sea, so we recommend a sculpture & shore walk.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
