Downtown Olympian 303 is not only one of our newest listings, but one of our most modern and luxurious. This spectacular and spacious, three bedroom, two and a half bath condo feels more like a home. It features stunning views of the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill and something extremely rare in Steamboat for the Summer months…. central air conditioning!
The Olympian is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just steps from some of Steamboat’s favorite restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries as well as numerous hiking and biking trail options. However, its unique location off of main street and near the river affords more peace and tranquility than you would expect from a downtown property.
The unit itself provides an unforgettable rental for your family and friends with immaculate interiors including fabulous hardwood flooring, fixtures and finishes, warm paint colors, high ceilings, comfortable furniture and a stone gas fireplace.
The open living area has huge windows and the incredible vistas from inside as well as the balcony. Relax on the XL sofa or club chairs next to the gas fireplace and take in the scenery while you read a book or watch a sporting event, movie or show on the large flat screen TV.
The cook’s kitchen offers high end stainless appliances including a fantastic Wolf range with four burners, a griddle and a very sizable oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a ton of gorgeous granite counter space. It is also stocked with everything you’ll need to stay in and make a meal.
A substantial dining table that can easily accommodate eight people and three stools at the breakfast bar are both great options for dining, enjoying a beverage, playing a game or getting some work done. Combined with high speed Xfinity broadband WiFi, this makes Downtown Olympian 303 perfect for your remote working needs.
There are two chairs, a small table and a Weber balcony gas grill on the balcony, accessible from both the living area and the master en suite, which is also conveniently located off the living area.
The master en suite features a very comfortable king bed, walk in closet, dresser, workstation, small flat screen tv and a magnificent full bathroom, with a double vanity and both a roomy separate walk in glass shower and large open bath tub.
The other two bedrooms share another beautiful full bathroom with a double vanity and a walk in glass shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin over full bunk bed along with another twin trundle bed. Both have double door closets as well as drawer storage.
There is also a powder room in the hallway plus a full size washer and dryer available for your convenience.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado’s oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.
