Step into the newly constructed Sunrise Beach community and discover this charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home boasting a private pool and picturesque pond views. Golf cart accessible boardwalk available for guests use.
Ascend a staircase to the main level and be greeted by the inviting open floor plan bathed in natural light and adorned with vibrant furnishings.
The living room beckons with a comfortable sectional couch and a large flat-screen TV equipped with streaming services. The modern, fully equipped kitchen showcases brand-new stainless steel appliances and features a Keurig for coffee enthusiasts to savor a delightful cup of coffee on the private balcony overlooking the serene pond and pool area. The dining area is set to accommodate seating for 6, providing the perfect space for shared meals and memorable conversations. A washer and dryer are provided.
In the master bedroom, there is a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.
A pack-n-play is available upon request.
Outside, you can enjoy a dip in the private pool (heated pool option is available with a 24 hour notice), lounge on the chairs, soak up the sun, BBQ, and spend quality time with your family. There is a half bathroom downstairs near the pool area for added convenience. The amenities also include a volleyball net, cornhole, and racquetball.
This home can accommodate parking for up to 4 vehicles. Golf carts count as a vehicle. Boat and trailer parking are not permitted.
The guests are allowed access to the entire unit, except for the garage.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won’t need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
