This beautiful house situated in the Urbanisation in Nuevo Portil, Huelva welcomes 4+1 guests.
The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the climate of the south, where you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 22m x 10m and a depth between 1m and 1.80m. Please note that as it is an urbanisation and has direct neighbours, privacy is partial.
Once inside the house you will find a porch where you can enjoy a drink with your companions. Once inside, it is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with TV and sofa bed for one guests and the kitchen with ceramic hob equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and feel at home. On the same floor you will find a toilet. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. One of them has a double bed and the other two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub completes your stay. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.
The Urbanisation is only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Huelva but it is worth mentioning that the area of El Portil itself has all the necessary services for your stay. If you want to take a stroll along the beach we recommend you to go to the Portil Beach but if you prefer nature, the Doñana Natural Park is an ecological sanctuary that is home to a unique diversity of flora and fauna. Nature lovers can explore its marshes, dunes and forests.
The swimming pool is open from 15.06 to 15.09 and the opening hours are from 11:30h to 15:30h and from 17:00h to 21:00h.
Please note that there is space in the porch area for a small car.
