Sol y Mar is the only condo development directly on the beach in beautiful Playa Hermosa. With beautiful architecture, manicured grounds and lush landscaping, it’s truly an oasis in the middle of paradise. There are only 11 units. Our unit is in the rear building on the top floor. This affords us the highest levels of both privacy and security.  Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit that sleeps 6. There is a king bed in master bedroom. Queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom that can be converted in a King. Gourmet kitchen, well stocked with all the cooking essentials. Spacious living room with plenty of seating. The dining table inside seats 6. There is a screened in patio off of the master bedroom, which can also be accessed from the main living area. This is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee/tea or an evening cocktail in a "bug free" outside area. Located just off of the main living areas is an expansive balcony, with plenty of seating to just relax, read a book or dine al fresco. Enjoy a peek a boo view of the beach and ocean while grilling at our recently renovated outdoor kitchen. Don’t want to eat in? No problem, since there are many fabulous choices within a 5 minute walk. Just walk downstairs, past the beautiful pool and onto the beach. Turn right on the path and you’ll soon be enjoying a great meal at one of our local favorite restaurants. There are many!
