This beautiful house is located in Sant Joan, in a rural environment surrounded by fields and forests, which will allow you to disconnect from the stress of the city and connect with nature. The house has a private pool and capacity for 6 guests.
The exterior of the house is impressive. The pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days and measures 12 meters long and 6 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 meters. In addition, the pool is surrounded by an artificial grass area where you will find several sun loungers for sunbathing and there is a fixed barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals outdoors. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
