Newly constructed and completed in 2007, these luxury villas are 2400 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Only the finest materials were used in the construction. .
There are only 12 total units in the complex thereby assuring the discriminating renter the exclusive resort atmosphere unavailable in other complexes. At your door step you will find one of Costa Rica’s finest ’Blue Flag’ beaches. One mile long, Playa Hermosa is rarely crowded. There are plenty of water activities to keep you busy. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
