Welcome to this wonderful villa with private pool in Son Serra de Marina. It is perfect for 8 people.
The private saltwater pool -measuring 4 x 8 meters and with a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 meters- is perfect for cooling off after a day visiting the north of the island or on the beach. The hammocks will help you relax while you sunbathe and the table at the porch is ideal for enjoying a delicious barbecue at nightfall. The property is fenced and there are close neighbors.
The 2-storey house has a classic and cozy style. On the ground floor we have the living-dining room equipped with AC, Smart TV with satellite channels; the separate kitchen that has a ceramic hob and exit to the outside; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
