Escape to island luxury with this exquisite 4-bedroom vacation sanctuary nestled within the prestigious Vanderhorst Plantation on Kiawah Island. Situated behind the second gate, this tastefully elevated southern-style abode offers a serene oasis amidst lush maritime forests with private saltwater pool for your next beach and golf getaway outside historic Charleston.
Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by a spacious main living area adorned with coffered ceiling, comfortable upscale furnishings and expansive windows that flood the room with natural light. The gorgeous kitchen boasts modern stainless-steel appliances, including gas range. The large central island with breakfast bar is perfect for entertaining and prepping meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, a beautiful dining area with table seating for eight guests is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling windows fostering memorable gatherings.
Boasting dual master suites, the first of the primary bedrooms is on the main lower level. This incredible spacious first floor room (Bedroom #1) features a king bed and private bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, a walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Moving upstairs, you will find the other three bedrooms. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) has two beds, one twin and one queen, while the third bedroom (Bedroom #3) has two full-sized beds. The fourth bedroom (Bedroom #4) serves as the upper level master suite. This bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, a frameless-glass walk-in shower, and a soaking tub, and access to the top floor sun deck with rocking chairs, providing a perfect setting for morning coffee. All bedrooms now also have TVs.
For added convenience, the home has full laundry area with washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, an elevator for guest use, and a half bathroom on the first floor.
It’s the outdoor space that really makes this home special. Enjoy evening cocktails or alfresco dining on the expansive screened porch. Lounge in the sun with a good book on the pool deck.
