Welcome to this classically-coastal luxury home on Kiawah Island, with an emphasis on luxury. With three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and almost five thousand square feet of living space. Surrounded by marsh and nature, this is the perfect island retreat.
When you enter the home to the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a grand foyer featuring a piano and seating area. Take a left from there and you’ll find the first two bedrooms, both with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, as well as the laundry area and powder room. To the right of the foyer is where the theater and media room resides, along with a full bathroom, a wet bar, and access to the screened porch and deck area.
You’ll find no detail spared on the second floor. Take the glass elevator up to find the luxurious living space with flat screen and wet bar, the gourmet kitchen fit for any chef, both formal and casual dining spaces, and a study. All designed with comfort and convenience in mind for our guests. The large windows offer panoramic marsh views, or enjoy them from the deck outside.
On the third and final level, the king primary suite. This room features any luxury you could imagine - a reading nook, sprawling primary bathroom with soaking tub, rain shower, and TV, and an expansive walk-in closet. Not to mention the private deck where our iconic sunsets can be enjoyed.
Looking to get outside? There is no shortage of things to do nearby. Just a stone’s throw to our stunning beaches, golf courses, walking trails, tennis courts, and local parks. A vacation with us is sure to combine secluded luxury with outdoor adventure. We can’t wait to host you!
