This stunning, oceanfront 5 bedroom home in the Grand Pavilion community at Wild Dunes Resort is just what you’ve been searching for! The home is renovated, you’ll find new appliances, updated flooring, and brand new furnishings throughout! But surely your attention will be on the panoramic beach views from every level!
Consisting of three floors, you’ll first arrive to the covered carport. Unload your luggage easily with help from the elevator that is accessible from the ground level! When you arrive to the first floor, you’ll find an open & bright living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal with your family after a long day at the beach! There is also a half bath and laundry area for convenience. Enjoy the gorgeous oceanfront screened patio - it even has an outdoor dining table! Perfect for morning coffee with an ocean breeze.
Take a flight of stairs (or a short elevator ride) to the second floor. Four of the five bedrooms will be found here: a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twins, a queen master, and a king master! There is another wonderful oceanfront patio as well - so no one in the group will miss out on the breathtaking views! All bathrooms are newly updated and bedrooms have brand new furniture!
Lastly, you’ll find yourself on the third level where the King Master Suite resides; an expansive and beautiful room with a private oceanfront balcony. It also boasts a gorgeous, updated master bathroom, sitting area, and wet bar for convenience! Truly fit for a King (and Queen!).
This home has something for everyone. A wonderful floor plan, a plethora of outdoor seating, the convenience of being oceanfront, and the luxury of being fully renovated! Not to mention that this is the perfect location within the resort! You can easily walk over to the Grand Pavilion pools, Boardwalk Hotel, and Village. Check out the firepit on the Village plaza, or play a round of golf at the Harbor Course! **The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island’s shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August to September. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.**
