Kiawah Island is know for it’s natural beauty, extensive wildlife, and sandy beaches. This 3 bedroom cottage is the perfect location in Oceanwoods neighborhood of West Beach for enjoying all the island has to offer. The beach is a short 3-4 minute walk. The proximity to Night Heron Park, with basketball courts, a soccer field, playground, and Nature Center, makes it ideal for families.
The bright great room is a combination of the spacious kitchen, dining area with seating for 6, and the comfortable living room. The updated kitchen includes granite counter tops and new appliances. The living room offers plenty of seating and flat screen TV for your to enjoy. Located just off the living room is an enclosed sunroom featuring a sectional couch perfect to steal away with a good book.
The master bedroom features a King sized bed and private bathroom. The first guest room contains a king bed, while the second guest room features two twin beds. There is a full bathroom located between these two guest rooms.
This cottage sits next to a scenic lagoon and has a large deck with a gas grill for cooking out. It is perfect for enjoying the outdoors!
