Welcome to 4855 Turtle Cove! This 1st floor Kiawah Island villa, nestled in a palm tree grove is surrounded by nature and bike trails. It is an ideal location for those looking to take advantage of island amenities like world class golf, tennis, nature trails, and, of course, the beach! Being centrally located within the Resort and one of the closest Turtle Cove Villas to the ocean, this property offers the perfect beach retreat for vacationers and families. Additionally, it’s within walking distance to the Sanctuary Hotel and Night Heron Park as well as only a short drive or bike ride to some outstanding restaurants and other amenities that the this idyllic island has to offer.
Upon entering the villa, you’ll notice the recent upgrades and inviting neutral colors. The living room has simple modern furnishings and is a comfortable place to unwind after a long beach day. Located just off of the living room through the sliding doors, the screened in porch is an idyllic spot to spend time, relaxing with a book, enjoying your morning coffee, or even dining outdoors with friends.
The modern kitchen features granite countertops and updated appliances. Just off the kitchen is a dining area, which allows for comfortable seating for six.
The master bedroom (Bedroom #1) offers a king bed, flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) provides one queen bed, and a private bathroom. And the last bedroom (Bedroom #3) also has a queen bed with a bunk bed that has a twin bed over a full bed as well as a private bathroom. All of the bathrooms have been recently updated.
