Enjoy vacationing by the ocean and waking up to the sound of waves! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa is conveniently located in the heart of East Beach. The Night Heron Park and the Spa and Shops at The Sanctuary are all just a short 5 minute walk from the front door. Not to mention, the beach is right out your back door!
Upon entering the villa, you are greeted with beautiful furnishings. There are ocean views from almost every room! The living room has a mounted flat screen TV and comfortable couches to rest on after a long day on the beach. From the living room, take a step onto the private balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. Moving into the dining area, the table seats 6 guests and is located right by the fully equipped kitchen. Modern luxury extends in this room, which contains custom cabinetry with open faced shelves, tile backsplash, as well as gorgeous granite countertops.
The first bedroom is on the this floor which has a king bed, and semi-private bathroom that does open to the hallway. Ascending the stairs to the second floor, there is a king bed and also, in the hallway there is a sofabed for additional guests. The third floor, only 4 steps up, contains a full-size (or double) bed. There is a large shared bathroom for all guests to use.
Getting to the ocean is simple since the beach boardwalk is right outside your door! You can access the beach at Boardwalk 21.
