Entering the main level of the home, you’ll be impressed by the open floor-living room, which is highlighted by tray ceiling, white beadboard wainscoting, and hardwood floors throughout. The massive windows allow in an abundance of natural light. This main living room area has comfortable, modern furnishing which face the 55" plasma television and fireplace with built-in shelving. Between this area and the kitchen, you’ll find a large wooden dining table with seating for 8 guests. Just off this area are glass doors that lead onto the expansive rear sundeck. Moving into the renovated kitchen area, you’ll appreciate the upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, stylish backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and large pantry area, all which add to the contemporary feel of the area. The large central island provides a great spot for prepping meals & entertaining, and it boasts four additional stools for seating at the breakfast bar.
