This one-bedroom, one-bath recently renovated Mariners Watch villa is only 300 yards from the beach and has great nature and lagoon views off the large screened-in porch.
The unit has been refreshed with fresh paint, and a new master bed with a king size bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, too. The open concept main living room, dining area and kitchen lead to the screened-in porch where you have a table and chairs to dine, relax, and enjoy the lagoon view. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two flat screen TV`s (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). The unit has a washer and dryer and wireless internet. It is also pet friendly!
Mariner`s Watch Villas are located in Kiawah`s East Beach, just across the street from Night Heron Park with basketball courts, a soccer field, playground, and Nature Center. The East Beach Tennis Facility is a short distance away as well as the Market at Town Center where you can get a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee.
Kiawah Island is known for its natural beauty and extensive wildlife. It offers a multitude of family activities; riding bikes on the miles of bike paths, kayaking with dolphins on the river, crabbing and fishing from the dock, walking along the ten mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life. Of course, don’t forget the 5 award winning golf courses.
