Nestled in the West Beach area of Kiawah Island, this property is a wonderful, family-friendly 5 bedroom home. It is the perfect island location and sits just minutes from the beach with a bike/walking trail accessible directly behind the home.
The home has everything you need for an ideal vacation with family or friends. The open concept floorplan gives ample space to play, relax, cook, or conversate. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and has direct access to the back deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The large center island is perfect for entertaining and has 6 bar stools for additional seating. The dining area comfortably seats 10 guests for dinner and also accesses the screened-in porch.
There are four bedrooms on the first level and a fifth bedroom on the second floor of the home. The master bedroom (Bedroom 1), which is located just off the living room, features a king sized bed, TV, and private bathroom. The master bathroom includes double vanity, large soaking tub, and spacious shower. The second bedroom (Bedroom 2), also located just off the living room area, contains a queen bed and private bathroom. Down the main floor hallway, you will find the third and fourth bedrooms (Bedroom 3 and 4), one containing two twin beds and the other has a queen bed. These rooms share a bathroom. The final bedroom (Bedroom 5) is located upstairs. It is the perfect room for kids or teens. It features three queen beds, a TV, and a private bathroom.
One of the highlights of the home is the scenic screened-in porch and large open deck with a gas grill. It’s the perfect outdoor area to enjoy a cup of coffee and has plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing nature all around.
