<p>Ideally situated close to Centeanes beach and Rocha Brava this villa is great for guests who do not wish to rely on a car.</p>
<p>The villa offers three bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third twin beds. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning for your comfort. The open-plan lounge and dining area are bright and spacious, and has patio doors that leads to a covered exterior lounge area, the garden, and pool. There is a fully fitted kitchen with doors to the BBQ and an external dining area. Surrounding the house is an attractive mature garden with palms, lawn, and your own outdoor pool. The house is fully gated and there is space for several cars on the private driveway.</p>
<p>Several restaurants, the beach, bars, and small supermarkets can be reached by foot in this popular area of the Algarve.</p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
