Floor Plan is as follows: This property consists of two next-door dwellings that are combined for your stay. Both dwellings are accessed on ground floor and are three-story that use internal stairs 14-16 steps on each, to reach each level. 4A: On the second floor is the lounge, large balcony deck, BBQ and outdoor seating, kitchen, laundry, separate toilet and ensuite bedroom. The third floor consists of three bedrooms, with one ensuite and a shared bathroom for the other two. Parking: 3 x uncovered allocated parking in front of property.
