Access to each floor is via internal stairs with approx. 12 steps on each. On the top floor we have two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. On the bottom floor we have the kids play room, ensuite bedroom, second lounge, private patio with view. Parking: 1 x parking in covered designated parking spot in carport.
