The living area features a stone decorated fire place, which we will supply firewood from May to Sept. If you wish to use the fire place outside this time frame, firewood can be easily obtained from local supermarket or department store. Living area opens to a paved patio area with outdoor dining set and a BBQ stove for your group to enjoy. Please note we expect you to clean the BBQ stove after use. Floor Plan is as follows: This three-story house is accessed on the ground floor, directly from the driveway. Each floor is reached via 10-12 of internal stairs. On the ground floor is the main entrance, two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette and smaller dining area. On the second floor is the kitchen, large dining area, lounge, bedroom with semi- ensuite bathroom that has two entrances (one from bedroom and one from corridor), laundry, rear private patio with outdoor seating and BBQ. Up on the top floor are two bedroom and a shared bathroom. Parking: 2 x uncovered parking right in front of the house. Additional parking is available on the side of the street free. Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. Kitchen amenities: We supply a Nespresso coffee machine, coffee capsules, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
