Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- By proceeding with this booking, you hereby agree to abide by the following rules (and as the lead guest please ensure you pass them to guests in your group):
- CHECK-IN: AFTER 3:00 PM
- Our advice: If you arrive earlier (or anticipate to arrive early) and would like to drop off your bags ahead of check-in please do contact us. We will try our best to accommodate your request and make arrangement with housekeeping accordingly. Entry before 3pm without notification can be treated as illegal trespassing.
- CHECKOUT: BEFORE 10:00 AM
- (We will be charged by our cleaners for time spent waiting outside the accommodation past 10am for guests to vacate, their charge is 50 NZD/hour and we will pass this cost to guests. If you check-out past 10:00am leading to compensation to our next Guests due to late check-in or any other way - we will need pass compensation cost to you)
- Our advice: If you need to check out later than 10am due to any unforeseen circumstances please contact us as early as possible. Our cleaners run on a tight schedule but we will try our best to accommodate it.
- SELF-CHECK-IN
- Three days before your arrival we will send you detailed `guest book` via email as well as via Airbnb message. Inside you will find check-in, check-out, and rubbish handling instructions. They are extension of these house rules and hereby you agree to follow them.
- Our advice: Our guidebook is online accessible so you can conveniently access it anywhere anytime on your own device. However if you do not anticipate having internet access at time of check-in please download/save our check-in instruction ahead of time.
- FURNITURE
- If you move furniture during your stay please move them back to their original location prior to check-out.
- DAMAGED ITEMS
- We understand accidents happen sometimes, but please notify us. We don’t normally charge for replacement of smaller items, this just allows us to replenish broken items or arrange fixes promptly.
- RUBBISH
- All rubbish should be properly disposed of in designated rubbish/recycling bins or areas.
- KITCHEN CLEANING
- Our cleaning fees does NOT include cutlery, crockery, glassware, outdoor grill, oven, or cookware cleaning. Any of the mentioned left dirty after check-out may incur an extra cleaning fee.
- Our advice: Do clean your dishes, cutlery, utensils, outdoor grill and cookware prior to your departure. You can load them into the dishwasher (if present) and turn it on. Our team will clean them further after unloading if needed and put them back in storage.
- OUTDOOR GRILL
- If an outdoor grill is present on the premise, please ensure it is cleaned after use.
- EXTRA CLEANING FEE
- Should it be necessary to clean carpets, remove stains, smell of smoke, or remove excess rubbish, the cost will be charged at a rate of 60 NZD/hour.
- USE OF TV
- If you use TV/DVD/SmartUV and/or attach any additional equipment, please return all settings to how you found them. If our next Guest call us to set up the TV/DVD/SmartUV for them due to cable being unplugged or smart TV cannot connect to the internet or OnlineFreeview being signed-out we will pass a call-out cost of 60nzd to you.
- Our advice: please be considerate, not everybody is good with technology and can set the tv on their own.
- LOST KEYS
- If guest loses the accommodation key or the garage door remote or if guest is locked out of the accommodation all associated call out charge and replacement cost will be passed to guest.
- Our advice: Keep the keys inside the lockbox when going out to minimise this risk.
- NO SMOKING
- Some of our accommodations are equipped with smoke detectors that are linked directly to Queenstown fire brigade. Any activation will trigger a fire brigade visit and the incurred fees will be passed to guest.
- COOKING
- Open windows and turn on the kitchen extractor fan while cooking.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
- We may cancel your stay without notice and evict you from the premises if any event or party is organized without our consent. No refund will be processed.
- Our advice: Do notify us if you are inviting people over.
- QUIET HOURS: 8:00 PM – 10:00 AM
- Any noisy activity should not disturb your neighbours at any times. Keep the noise well contained in your accommodation only.
- NO SHOES INSIDE
- Our advice: Please do not walk inside with your outdoor shoes on. We do clean the floor so you do not have to.
- NO DRUGS OR UNAUTHORISED WEAPONS
- Failing to abide by this rule will lead to immediate cancelation of your stay and eviction without notice. There will be no refund processed.
- Our advice: If you are on a business trip and must carry a weapon due to the nature of your work or intend to bring a hunting weapon for the sole purpose of hunting animals do notify us in advance. We may ask you to show us a paper proof. In all other occasions please leave your firearms at home.
- No criminal or unlawful activity.
- Failing to abide by this rule will lead to immediate cancelation of your stay and eviction without notice. There will be no refund processed.
