This two story house uses internal stairs with approx. 12-14 steps, to reach each level. One of the bedrooms is not connected to the house and is a separate dwelling.
On the ground floor, is the main entrance, lounge, kitchen, shared toilet and balcony deck. Below of the bottom floor, are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
The third bedroom is an external dwelling (granny flat) that has one bedroom, the laundry and a bathroom. This is not connected internally to the rest of the house. Approx 5 steps to reach the granny flat.
Parking:
1 x allocated uncovered parking onsite on shared driveway (not suitable for large vehicles).

Message from Ray: Note that the third bedroom is separate from the main dwelling. Its private entrance is 5 meters away from the main entrance.

Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.
