Internal stairs are used to access each floor with approx. 8-10 steps. On the ground floor, we have the entrance, garage with internal access and ensuite bedroom. Up on the second floor, are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and separate toilet. And lastly on the top floor of the unit is the kitchen, dining area, lounge, gas fire and balcony Parking: 1 x allocated parking in single car garage. 1 x allocated parking directly in front of entrance. Large and over-sized vehicles are not suited. Please use nearby street parking Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited.
