This modern and bright penthouse is located in one of Barcelona’s most prestigious and residential areas. With two private balconies offering views of both the mountains and the city, the apartment combines spaciousness, natural light, and a calm atmosphere — ideal for those looking to feel at home during a long stay.
Thanks to its excellent orientation and cross ventilation, the apartment stays cool and comfortable throughout the year, with a pleasant natural breeze flowing through all rooms.
The apartment features four large bedrooms, three of them doubles — each equipped with two single beds — and one single bedroom, offering accommodation for up to 7 people. All rooms include spacious wardrobes and desks, making it ideal for families, professionals, or students who need to work or study from home.
The two fully renovated bathrooms are equipped with large showers and designer sinks, providing both comfort and style.
The living-dining area is large and divided into two zones:
A lounge area with comfortable sofas and a large TV.
A dining area with a spacious table, perfect for family meals or dinners with colleagues.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern, high-quality appliances, as well as all the utensils and kitchenware needed for daily life. From the kitchen, there is access to a balcony adapted as a laundry area, while the second balcony connects to one of the double bedrooms.
The apartment maintains a modern, comfortable, and elegant style, with parquet floors and ceiling fans in every room except the kitchen.
It offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, perfect for remote work or entertainment.
Its prime location allows guests to enjoy a quiet and safe environment, surrounded by all essential services: shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and international schools. Just a few meters away are bus and metro stops, providing easy access to any part of the city.
Entry is managed through a smart electronic lock, ensuring a convenient, secure, and keyless check-in.
APATMENT RULES:
Only the guests registered in the reservation are allowed to access the apartment. No visitors or unregistered persons are permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, both inside the apartment and on the balconies.
The consumption of marijuana or any other type of drug is not permitted inside the apartment, on the balconies, or in the building’s common areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties, gatherings, or any activities that may disturb the neighbors are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours and building community rules must be respected at all times.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in loss of the security deposit and immediate cancellation of the stay.
Guests enjoy complete independence and privacy during their stay. However, we are available to assist them at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Included services:
The basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as toilet paper, will be provided upon arrival as a courtesy. However, you will be asked to replenish these items if needed during your stay.
Important: We do not provide water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, tea, or any type of food, as we are not authorized to serve food.
The beds will be ready for use, and two towels will be provided per person: one bath towel and one hand towel.
Access to the apartment is autonomous via an electronic lock, meaning there will be no additional charges for arrivals outside the established hours.
Security deposit: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is specified in the listing. The deposit must be paid prior to arrival. To facilitate the process, we use Swikly, a secure platform that allows the deposit to be made online using a bank card number without affecting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or card blocking. To complete the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the owner and follow the instructions at least one month before arrival. This process is not a payment, but an authorization for charges in case of damages.
Bank fees associated with the deposit are the responsibility of the guest, and Swikly will charge a 1% fee on the deposit amount when accepting the authorization.
Damage deposit charge: If the property is clean and in good condition at the end of the stay, with no damages or missing items detected during the inventory check, the guest’s bank details will be deleted within a maximum of 10 days after check-out.
If otherwise, Swikly will charge the damage deposit, deducting the cost of repairs plus an additional 5.6% management fee.

Barcelona is a bike- and eco-friendly city. From the apartment, you can easily rent a Bicing bicycle or an electric scooter to move around in an efficient and sustainable way. There are nearby stations and rental points within a short distance.

The neighborhood is safe and pleasant for walking, making it ideal for daily activities. Within a few minutes, you can access local shops, restaurants, cafés, and essential services.
