Its bathroom has a walk-in shower. Adjacent to the bedroom is a double space offering a great work space with desk on one side, and a day bed to sleep an extra person on the other side. Wifi is excellent.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, as well as a single bed which makes a nice daybed, so it can sleep two together or in two beds. It also has its own bathroom with walk-in shower.  There is a full kitchen, fully equipped, with table and chairs, dishwasher, fridge, stove, and both a washer and dryer, very rare in Rome. There is, of course, a Nespresso machine. There is a small balcony off the kitchen opening out to that beautiful magnolia.  Finally, there is a large and comfortable living room with sofa, club chairs, Tv and plenty of space.  Normal check in time is from 15h00 - 18h00, to be set by appointment, whereas check out is by 10h00.
