Set amongst a dense nature reserve that spans 12 hectares filled with pine trees, this luxurious Comporta retreat is a stunning example of architecture that seamlessly fuses organic design elements with its natural surroundings.
Taking a contemporary approach to the traditional courtyard home, the infinity swimming pool and deck area take central stage, while the south facing living and bedroom areas develop around it to create several intimate spaces, each with its own outdoor access and decked patio.
The double-height, open plan living space is light-filled, serene and airy, with impressive floor-to-ceiling sliding and retractable glass doors that merge the indoor with the outside, flowing to the exterior living patio where you will find a fireplace and alfresco dining space.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
