The house has 3 large ventilated and air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a ventilated lounge, a dining room, a private pool and a private car park. We can also organize meals cooked by your private Chef, your transfers and some activity.

This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there’s no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.

The villa is located 2 minutes from the center of Ubud in scooter (20 minutes walk), cultural and traditional town in central Bali, Indonesia, diving amid the rice fields. It is a small area slightly removed from the din of the city, while being very close. The area is mainly inhabited by Balinese, which makes it very authentic.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
