Guests can use an exclusive swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue and parking within the property. The farmhouse has wifi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a baby bed. Outdoors and swimming pool The owners live on the same property as the farmhouse. The house is surrounded by a large garden with various equipment. 50 meters from the farmhouse, next to the owners’house, there is the swimming pool, 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.2-1.7 m, exclusively for guests. The pool is with salt water and electric cover that maintains the water temperature at night. It is externally paved and complete with sunbeds, a beach umbrella, a table with chairs and a barbecue. Covered parking next to the house. Interior The farmhouse has comfortable, modern furnishing. On the ground floor there is the dining room, with a well-equipped kitchen, the living room with fireplace, TV and direct outdoor access, one small bathroom with washing machine. A staircase leads up from the living room to the first floor with 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and both with access to a small terrace, plus one bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the second floor there is a bedroom with 2 beds (one is a French bed, 140 cm wide) with TV and air conditioning, and one bathroom with shower. Location The farmhouse is on the outskirts of a village, close to the owner’s house who tend to only be home in the evenings. The property is surrounded by fields.
