Property for exclusive use Splendid villa, renovated in perfect Liberty style, 300 sq. m., ideal for 15 persons with 7 double bedrooms, a single room with sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. The villa is in a large park with a bio-design swimming pool, featuring hydromassage. There is also a furnished veranda for outdoor meals, a large terrace, barbecue, WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating and parking. Ideal for families or groups of close friends. Outdoors and Swimming pool Villa Marisa is in a large park, mostly lawn, surrounded by large, ancient trees. The unique swimming pool (8 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.5 m) has an “8” shape and features hydromassage. It is a modern, bio-design pool, externally paved and complete with beach umbrellas and sunbeds, in a bright position just in front of the villa. There are several relaxing areas, a covered veranda for outdoor meals, as well as two charming panoramic terraces overlooking the countryside, with outdoor furniture. There is parking inside the property, accessible from a slightly uphill road lined with trees. Interior The villa is soberly furnished in classic style, with marble siding, decorations, and precious fabrics and furniture. The house is on two floors plus an attic, with outdoor and indoor staircases. The ground floor features a bright, spacious living room with precious Carrara marble siding, furnished with sofas, satellite TV and complete with thermo fireplace, piano and games table. Next door is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, leading to the swimming pool and a small living room. This floor also has a double bedroom, a bathroom with massaging shower, a room with a second fridge, a washing room with dryer. The living room has a marble staircase leading up to the first floor. Here guests will find 3 double bedrooms, one single with sofa bed, one bathroom with bathtub and shower. The attic has two more bedrooms, one with two beds, a bathroom with shower and two graciously furnished hallways, one with sofas, the other featuring a fireplace. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Location Villa Marisa is part of a property which is over one hectare, with fields and woods, in a hilly position a few kilometres from the city of Pistoia, which will amaze art lovers.
