Bella’s Haven by Property Manager is located in a locality in Inman Valley, SA. Perfectly set on farmland approximately a 15-archer block from the Inman Valley River, which runs alongside the tiny home with farm animals such as sheep, a cow, an emu, and alpacas that you can feed during your visit. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests
- - Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after pet faeces
- - Pets need to be kept on leash or or on lead at all times when walking around the area
- - We recommend that you bring your pet's bed, bowl, and basic needs with you during your stay
- - Please take note to inform us 24 hrs before arrival, if you plan to bring your pets to our property
