White Sands Villa is a TOTALLY RENOVATED and upgraded 2 bedroom/2 bath lakefront townhome that is new on the rental market! With a new white kitchen that has quartz counters, stainless appliances and a wine refrigerator, it’s fully equipped for your chef, so you can eat all your meals in if you choose. There is also a Keurig coffee maker that can do K cups or full pots of coffee to enjoy your morning cup of Joe.
Because this is an end unit, it has a larger porch, nice big grassy area, and wide open lake views with more windows to enjoy the natural light. There is room for the kids to roam outside, or fish in the ponds while making great vacation memories. The ocean is a stone’s throw away, and you’ll enjoy the ocean breezes while sitting on the back porch, grilling out on the new propane grill, or just enjoying the fountain in the lake beyond.
This townhome has all the living spaces on the main floor, as well as one of two King master suites. The other King master suite is upstairs by itself, with loads of space and a huge bath; totally renovated with a large walk in shower. The downstairs master suite not only has a King bed, but also has it’s own private courtyard. The renovated downstairs bath does double as the guest bath, and has a tub/shower combination.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the oversized laundry room/pantry, with plenty of room to store your groceries.
You’ll love the 6 seater golf cart for the short ride to the Resort’s private beach access, up to the market shoppes, Baytowne Village or Grand Boulvard for shopping, dining, live music and more!
