The space Located on the top floor of a modern and secure block, this 2 bedroom duplex apartment has a bright and airy feel thanks to large windows that overlook the forest canopy. The 1st floor consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining and lounge area. The first bedroom is located on the 1st floor. It has a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom. The second bedroom is located in the upstairs loft. This bedroom has a private balcony, en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Due to the architecture of the loft, there are no blinds to cover the windows opposite the bed. You will also have access to the beautiful communal pool, ideal to relax and cool off from the summer heat. Guest access Enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire apartment; including two dedicated, access-controlled, off-street parking bays. Other things to note For stays longer than a week, a courtesy mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning and/or linen upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided. Pack ’n Play/travel crib and/or high chair available upon request and at a daily fee of R50.00. Subject to availability.
