Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Please clean up after your dog/cats shedding before checking out
- - Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pets droppings
- - Pets are allowed but need to be well-controlled and not likely to chase goats or sheep.
- - Please be informed that foxes are in the area as well as the property is mostly a bird habitat.
- - Mostly, there is barbed wire fencing on the property, so off-leash dogs can wander. Cats are to be contained at all times.
- - Please keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated
- - We recommend that you bring your pet's bed, bowl, and basic needs with you during your stay
