You will have at your disposal two comfortable double bedrooms; a large living room with a balcony where you can read your favorite book. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a complete bathroom with all the amenities necessary for your comfort during your stay. For your convenience, the apartment features air conditioning, a washing and drying machine, a dishwasher, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Book now!!! Because Liiiving is easy!! We leave our guests at ease, but we’re available whenever they need us. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry of a staff member to inspect the property, providing monthly visits for this purpose. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be subject to inquiry. For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit for expenses on water, electricity, and the internet/television package, amounting to 190€. If this limit is exceeded, the extra amount will be paid by the guest. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon inquiry). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon inquiry). To make Gaia more attractive, a municipal tourism tax has come into effect. The fee of 2.50€ is not included in the price of the stay and applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. You can request our transfer service whenever you need it (please contact us for the price).
