The Neighborhood

Located near Jardim do Morro, where you can witness the best sunset, you will be in Vila Nova de Gaia, famous for its Porto Wine Cellars. The riverside/maritime promenade just below will be the perfect path for your walk to the beaches. For wine enthusiasts, some cellars to consider are Casa Ferreirinha, Sandeman, Cálem, Graham's, and Quinta do Noval, where you can taste each variety and learn the difference between them. We also recommend visiting the WOW Multi Experience Center. To get to the apartment, the best public transport option is the Metro (yellow line), with the Jardim do Morro Station just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. If you prefer walking, you can cross the D. Luís I Bridge from the top or walk down to the Gaia Pier, cross the bridge, and go directly to Porto's Ribeira. In the area, you will find everything you need for your day-to-day, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés. We would love to welcome you. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
