You will have at your disposal two comfortable double bedrooms; a large living room with a balcony where you can read your favorite book. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a complete bathroom with all the amenities necessary for your comfort during your stay. For your convenience, the apartment features air conditioning, a washing and drying machine, a dishwasher, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.

We leave our guests at ease, but we’re available whenever they need us.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry of a staff member to inspect the property, providing monthly visits for this purpose.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be subject to inquiry.
For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit for expenses on water, electricity, and the internet/television package, amounting to 190€. If this limit is exceeded, the extra amount will be paid by the guest.
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon inquiry).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon inquiry).
To make Gaia more attractive, a municipal tourism tax has come into effect. The fee of 2.50€ is not included in the price of the stay and applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

About the area
Located near Jardim do Morro, where you can witness the best sunset, you will be in Vila Nova de Gaia, famous for its Porto Wine Cellars. The riverside/maritime promenade just below will be the perfect path for your walk to the beaches. For wine enthusiasts, some cellars to consider are Casa Ferreirinha, Sandeman, Cálem, Graham's, and Quinta do Noval, where you can taste each variety and learn the difference between them. We also recommend visiting the WOW Multi Experience Center.
To get to the apartment, the best public transport option is the Metro (yellow line), with the Jardim do Morro Station just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. If you prefer walking, you can cross the D. Luís I Bridge from the top or walk down to the Gaia Pier, cross the bridge, and go directly to Porto's Ribeira. In the area, you will find everything you need for your day-to-day, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés.

Important note: There are ongoing works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we adhere to a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests' expectations are properly managed. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
