The €2.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over the age of 13. It is charged per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

The apartment is located in downtown Porto, in the cultural and tourist center of the city, where all the fun happens! The street is located opposite the emblematic Bolhão Market, close to Avenida dos Aliados and the Clérigos Tower. There are restaurants, supermarkets, monuments, pharmacies and stores nearby. At night, the Galerias de Paris area is one of the liveliest places in the whole city. The best public transport option is the Metro. The nearest station is Bolhão, which is 300 meters from the apartment, Trindade Station with a direct link to the city's airport is an 8-minute walk from the apartment and São Bento Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. If you come with your own car, you can park in the Manuel Passos Garage (paid service), which is 350 meters from the apartment on foot. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
