It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a dining table and an equipped kitchenette. There is a small dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, toaster and coffee machine to give you the comfort your vacation deserves. There is also an elevator and air conditioning for your convenience. We are always available to our guests! Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After check-out time without permits, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request. In order to make Porto more attractive, a city tax of €2 per person per night is charged up to a maximum of 7 days. Children up to the age of 13 are exempt from the tax. For bookings of 28 nights or more we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host’s staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose. We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! All you need is your requirement (price on request). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request (price on request). Important note: there is construction work going on near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it can affect our guests’ stay.
