Condesa is all about feeling good and having fun, so grab a friend, take a relaxed walk, and enjoy the friendly atmosphere that makes this neighborhood special. Did you know that Condesa was built as a fancy area for rich families in the early 1900s, with wide streets and fancy buildings? The neighborhood got its name from a Countess who owned a big estate here in the late 1800s.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- HOUSE RULES:
- Welcome to my studio. Take care of my space as if it were your own. Here are some rules for a happy stay.
- - No parties, maximum entry of 8 people at the same time.
- - 6 sets of keys are provided, five for the main entrance, and one with the keys to all the rooms. This key ring should be kept inside the apartment and only be used in case any of the rooms are locked unintentionally.
- - For security reasons, the building administration requires all guests to send a picture of their ID prior to their arrival in order to be allowed to enter.
- - No perfumes, thank you!
- - It is forbidden to light fires inside the apartment, such as candles or cigarettes. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
- - Cleaning service once a week. In case you require more, please request it at extra cost.
- - The washer and dryer are only allowed for the cleaning person, who can be given the clothes to take care of them.
- - If there is leftover food at the end of your stay, please leave it in the refrigerator or pantry and do not throw it away, as it is greatly appreciated by the building security staff.
- - There are personal items in drawers and closets, please respect any doors that are seen to be padlocked.
- - Pets are not allowed.

- In case you want to use the pool or the gym, please dial 2001 so that those in charge can open the door.
- "House rules:
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking indoors can leave behind unpleasant odors and potentially damage the furniture. Please do not smoke inside the apartment, building, or right outside of it.
- No Parties or Events: To promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you avoid hosting parties or events at the property
- Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 11 pm and 8 am
- Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is by 11am. We appreciate your cooperation
- Damage and Breakage Policy: If anything gets damaged during your stay, please let us know promptly
- Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins, please follow the rules or your apartment/building
- No Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property
- Parking: If your property offers parking for guests, please be mindful of other residents and park in designated areas. Do not block the property entrances, Please avoid parking in front of fire hydrants, driveways, or any other restricted zones. Guests are responsible for following parking rules and regulations. Please note that there are parking meters in several areas of the city. The Host is not responsible for damages, theft or incidents that may happen during the stay. No Photoshoots or Video Productions: Our property is exclusively for residential use. Guests are not permitted to conduct any form of commercial or non-commercial photoshoots, video shootings, or media productions on the premises without prior written consent from the hosts. This includes, but is not limited to, professional photography, filming, and online content creation."
